Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Scan items to ensure order accuracy and track inventory movement.
- Package items securely and appropriately for shipping, using various packing materials.
- Inspect products for quality defects before packing.
- Label packages with correct shipping information.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist in receiving and stocking of incoming inventory.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, if required.
- Contribute to team efforts and support other warehouse functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a picking and packing role is advantageous.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for the duration of your shift.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety and the importance of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with logistics operations is a plus.
