Responsibilities:
  • Receive, verify, and stock incoming merchandise.
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment.
  • Load and unload trucks as needed.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stocking and record-keeping.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Adhere to all company safety guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
  • Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
  • Follow all logistics and shipping protocols to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment and inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and the importance of PPE.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A proactive attitude towards workplace safety and efficiency in logistics.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

This position operates within a dynamic warehouse environment that may have temperature variations. Regular lifting and physical activity are inherent to the role.
