Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stocking and record-keeping.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Follow all logistics and shipping protocols to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate or in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and inventory management systems is a plus.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and the importance of PPE.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A proactive attitude towards workplace safety and efficiency in logistics.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:
This position operates within a dynamic warehouse environment that may have temperature variations. Regular lifting and physical activity are inherent to the role.
