Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, trailers, and other vehicles.
- Transport materials to and from designated areas within the warehouse.
- Stack and retrieve inventory accurately and efficiently.
- Perform pre-operational checks on equipment and report any issues.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of warehouse logistics.
Qualifications:
- Valid forklift operator certification or demonstrable experience.
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
- Ability to perform tasks involving lifting and manual dexterity.
- Commitment to using PPE and maintaining a safe work environment.
