About
We are hiring an Order Picker for our vibrant warehouse in Tampa, Florida. In this role, you will be the engine that drives our order fulfillment process. Your primary responsibility will be accurately and efficiently picking products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders using a pick list or RF scanner. This involves navigating the warehouse, locating items, and ensuring the correct quantities are selected. You will also be responsible for preparing picked items for packing and shipment, ensuring they are securely staged for the next stage of our logistics process. Maintaining a safe and organized work area is crucial, and you must strictly adhere to all company safety guidelines and always wear appropriate PPE , such as safety shoes and gloves. This position involves a significant amount of walking, standing, and the occasional Lifting of items up to 40 lbs. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and the ability to work well with a team are highly valued. Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required; we provide thorough training. Your accuracy and speed are key to our customer satisfaction.
