Position Summary

BEE Window is seeking a Gutter Installer / Gutter Technician to join our installation team. This role is responsible for installing and servicing gutter systems and gutter guards on residential homes. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable working at heights, and able to deliver high-quality workmanship that aligns with BEE Window's standards.

Responsibilities

· Install gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards on residential properties

· Perform gutter repairs, adjustments, and maintenance

· Measure, cut, and assemble materials with accuracy

· Safely operate power tools and hand tools

· Work on ladders and roofs for extended periods

· Maintain clean and organized job sites

· Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

· Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in gutter installation, roofing, siding, or general construction preferred

· Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physically demanding work

· Comfortable working outdoors and at heights

· Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

· Reliable and punctual work ethic

· Valid driver's license (required)

Preferred Skills

· Experience operating seamless gutter machines

· Residential exterior remodeling background

· Problem-solving skills related to installation challenges

· Customer service experience

Schedule

· Monday–Friday

· Occasional weekends based on workload

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour
