Summary
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to support the design, testing, and improvement of electrical systems used in our electromechanical actuators. This role involves hands-on engineering, troubleshooting, and collaboration with mechanical and manufacturing teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical circuits, wiring harnesses, and control systems for actuator products.
- Create and update schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Support prototype builds, testing, and data analysis.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues in development and production units.
- Assist in component selection (motors, drivers, sensors, connectors, PCBs).
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturability and product reliability.
- Develop test procedures and support electrical quality checks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of electrical design or testing experience in a manufacturing or product development environment.
- Knowledge of analog/digital circuits, motor control, sensors, and power electronics.
- Experience with CAD and schematic tools (Altium, OrCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, etc.).
- Ability to read engineering drawings and troubleshoot complex electrical systems.
- Proficient with electrical test equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, analyzers).
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred
- Experience with actuators or motion control systems.
- Familiarity with embedded systems and controls.
- Experience with Altium & bill of materials.
- Understanding of EMI/EMC design considerations.
- Background in reliability or design-for-manufacturing.

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional overtime or on-site troubleshooting as needed
Pay: $90, $106,000.00 per year
