Summary
We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team in Central Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems on residential and commercial construction projects. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring code compliance, system reliability, and overall project quality.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to determine plumbing layouts, materials, and installation requirements.
- Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, vents, and gas lines for residential and commercial projects.
- Rough-in and trim-out plumbing for kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and mechanical systems.
- Install plumbing fixtures including sinks, toilets, faucets, showers, tubs, water heaters, and appliances.
- Test plumbing systems for leaks, pressure, and proper operation.
- Ensure all plumbing work meets quality standards, design specifications, and local/state building codes.
- Troubleshoot, repair, or replace piping, fixtures, valves, and related components as needed.
- Operate and maintain plumbing tools, equipment, and testing devices safely and efficiently.
- Work independently and as part of a construction team to complete projects on schedule.
- Collaborate with supervisors, contractors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.
- Inspect completed work for functionality, durability, and code compliance prior to project handoff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Plumber.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation methods.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Familiarity with plumbing codes and safety practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills for teamwork and coordination.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
