Position Overview

This is a full-time opportunity for individuals interested in joining a fast-paced meat production facility. No previous experience is required — full training is provided. The role involves working in a cold environment, operating modern equipment, and helping ensure that all meat products meet strict quality and safety standards.

Schedule & Pay

• $17.00 per hour (bi-weekly pay)
• 40 hours per week
• Monday–Friday between 6:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
• Overtime may be available based on production needs

Essential Duties

• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
• Operate and maintain production machinery
• Inspect meat products for quality and food safety compliance
• Follow sanitation protocols, SOPs, and USDA guidelines
• Package finished products for distribution
• Report equipment issues or safety concerns
• Work collaboratively to meet production goals
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Preferred Skills and Experience

(Not required; training provided)

• Experience in meat processing or food manufacturing
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work in cold and fast-paced environments

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift 20 lbs regularly, 50 lbs frequently, and up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Bend, kneel, climb, reach overhead, grasp tools, twist, and squat throughout shift
• Push or pull up to 150 lbs occasionally
• Work at 40°F (4°C) for extended periods
• Frequent use of hands and fingers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
