Behavior Technician 1 (Part-Time) – Westminster & Garden Grove, CA

Location: Northern Orange County (Westminster & Garden Grove)
Schedule: Part-Time – weekdays between 3:00 PM–8:00 PM and/or weekends
Service Setting: In-Home ABA Therapy

Foundations to Futures provides high-quality in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism across Orange County. We focus on compassionate, ethical, evidence-based care that supports meaningful progress for every family.

Position Overview

We are seeking a part-time in the north orange county area (e.g., Anaheim, Garden Grove, Westminster). This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with children, want hands-on experience in the ABA field, and are looking for long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home
• Implement individualized treatment goals and behavior-support strategies
• Collect accurate data using electronic systems
• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA
• Attend ongoing training and supervision
• Support skill generalization in the home and community
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (required)
• Reliable transportation to Westminster / Garden Grove
• Must have valid auto insurance
• Availability on weekdays between 3:00 PM–8:00 PM and/or weekends
• Experience working with children (preferred but not required)
• Vietnamese-speaking is a plus
• Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting (Live Scan)
