Overview:

Corridor is hiring a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Inside Sales Representative

to join our team full-time. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on fast-paced communication, understands the fundamentals of sales, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to prospective renters via phone, email, and text.

You will serve as the
first point of contact for inbound leads

, responsible for converting interest into action. This includes responding promptly, answering questions, building relationships, and scheduling tours with our on-site leasing agents.

This is a
remote position

. Ideal candidates are energetic, organized, and skilled at rapport-building. Your success will be measured by your responsiveness, lead engagement, and ability to convert inquiries into scheduled tours.

Key Responsibilities:Lead Response & Nurturing

  • Respond to all incoming leads quickly and professionally (target response time: within 30 minutes).
  • Handle a high volume of daily calls, texts, and emails.
  • Maintain a 75%+ inbound call completion rate and deliver 3–5 personalized touch points per lead.
  • Build trust and rapport with prospective renters through consistent, high-quality communication.
  • Qualify leads and track their progress in our CRM, with a focus on maximizing engagement throughout leasing hours.
  • Share relevant materials such as floor plans, photos, videos, and virtual tours.

Tour Scheduling & Coordination

  • Schedule property tours for leasing agents based on prospect preferences and availability.
  • Manage calendars and confirm appointments to ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Follow up with prospects after tours to gather feedback and drive leasing conversions.

Client Communication & Sales Support

  • Answer questions about availability, rental criteria, pricing, and the application process.
  • Accurately quote rental rates and clearly explain next steps.
  • Use proven sales techniques to guide prospective renters through the decision-making process.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Assist with CRM updates, documentation tracking, and reporting.
  • Support leasing agents with follow-up communication and tenant coordination as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong phone and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-starter with a high degree of accountability.
  • Sales or customer service experience is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital communication tools.
  • Experience in leasing, real estate, or multifamily housing is a plus—but
    not required

Compensation:

  • Full-Time, W-2 Employee
  • Compensation Range:

$60,000–$75,000 annually

Base salary

- Portfolio size will vary based on experience, typically ranging from
500–1000+ units
