Bartender/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders, and making recommendations based on preferences.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
• Assist in setting up for events such as banquets or private parties, ensuring all necessary supplies are ready.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
• Experience in sales techniques to promote beverage offerings.
• Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of fine dining standards and practices is a plus.
• Proficiency in basic math and retail math for accurate cash handling.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.
• Experience in nightclub environments is advantageous but not required.
