Job Overview
We are seeking a highly qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Clinical Supervisor to join our dedicated team. This role involves providing expert behavioral therapy services, conducting patient assessments, and supervising clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, and those on the autism spectrum. As a BCBA Clinical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans within a supportive and compliant environment focused on improving patient outcomes.

Duties

  • Develop, implement, and oversee behavioral therapy programs tailored to each patient's needs, emphasizing applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques.
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment strategies.
  • Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and clinical staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to patient progress, maintaining accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Coordinate intake procedures for new patients, including initial evaluations and treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support behavioral health goals and facilitate effective communication.
  • Ensure all clinical activities meet regulatory standards and organizational policies while maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
  • Provide ongoing training for staff on special education, behavioral health, and relevant medical terminology to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

  • Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with current certification status.
  • Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum.
  • Strong background in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and patient care practices.
  • Experience conducting patient assessments, managing data collection systems, and maintaining detailed medical documentation.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation, behavioral health, and working within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to supervise clinical staff effectively while ensuring adherence to ethical standards and best practices. Pay: $80, $100,000.00 per year
