Client Service Representative

Our office is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic part-time receptionist/client care specialist to join our team. The client care specialist cares for our clients with empathy and friendliness, often serving as the first point of contact for both current and potential clients.

These job duties include, but not limited to:

• greeting clients and their pets with a positive attitude
• answering incoming phone calls with a smile
• scheduling appointments
• making sure that the office flows smoothly throughout the day
• preparing client invoices and processing payments
• maintaining the appearance of the front desk/lobby area
• performing other duties as assigned
• processing insurance claims
