Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves handling front desk responsibilities, managing communication channels, and providing exceptional customer service. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting team productivity.
Responsibilities
- Must be willing to cover several HOA offices when requested. All local to Mt Pocono
- Manage front desk duties with professionalism and courtesy
- Answer phones and voicemails promptly
- Effectively respond to homeowner needs with proper phone etiquette. If necessary, refer to next level of management
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
- Handle correspondence via email and letter preparation
- Assist with office management tasks including supply ordering and organization of office space
- Support bookkeeping staff
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office environment or administrative role, including clerical experience and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with bookkeeping software helpful, but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail with proofreading and document management expertise
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously with strong time management skills
- Previous experience in HOA office is advantageous but not required
- Personal assistant or office management experience is preferred but not mandatory

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
