Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Cleaner to join our team. Duties

• Perform general cleaning of construction sites, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and debris removal
• Use specialized equipment for floor care, buffing, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, break areas, and common spaces on-site
• Assist with custodial tasks such as trash removal, window cleaning, and surface sanitation
• Support facilities maintenance activities as needed, including minor repairs or touch-up painting
• Maintain safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Ensure all work areas are safe, organized, and free of hazards for workers and visitors
• Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate cleaning schedules around project timelines

Qualifications

• Proven experience in janitorial, custodial, or industrial cleaning roles preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing and polishing is a plus
• Experience with commercial or residential painting is advantageous but not required
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance and general upkeep tasks
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for scheduled shifts
