Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Compensation: May Earn Upto $47.40 an Hour Based on Shift and Experience

  • Day Shift; 7;00 A.M - 3:00 P.M
  • Evening Shift; 3:00 P.M - 11:00 P.M
  • Night Shift; 11:00 P.M – 7:00 A.M

Sign On Bonus - Full Time $6,500, Part Time $3,250

Bedford Hills Center is excited to announce that we are now under new ownership and are looking for dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. We are currently seeking LPNs for weekend shifts, including nights. Available Shifts:

    • Day Shift; 7;00 A.M - 3:00 P.M
  • Evening Shift; 3:00 P.M - 11:00 P.M
  • Night Shift; 11:00 P.M – 7:00 A.M
  • Weekend Shifts: Various options available to fit your availability.

Responsibilities:

  • On Call Rotation Every 14 Weeks
  • Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents during night and weekend shifts.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and document patient conditions, collaborating with the healthcare team to adjust care plans as needed.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents.
  • Respond to resident needs and emergencies promptly and efficiently.
  • Educate residents and their families about health management and care plans.

Requirements:

  • Valid LPN license in New Hampshire.
  • Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not required.
