Foundry AIP Engineer

Role : Foundry AIP Engineer ( Palantir , AI/ML)

Location: Remote ( Chicago, IL  & Manhattan, NY)

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Partner with Palantir FDEs and internal stakeholders to design, build,

and operationalize solutions within Palantir Foundry and AIP.

• Learn and apply Palantir's frameworks, workflows, and ontology-driven

design principles to integrate, transform, and analyze complex datasets.

• Develop and maintain data pipelines, models, APIs, and workflows that

enable scalable and secure enterprise use cases.

• Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into

technical designs and implement end-to-end solutions.

• Contribute to AI/ML use cases leveraging Palantir AIP for decision

support, automation, and advanced analytics.

• Ensure security, compliance, and data governance standards are met

across implementations.

• Document processes, share knowledge, and help build an internal

Palantir practice for long-term success.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a

related field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong foundation in at least one of the following areas:

o Software engineering (Python, Java, TypeScript/React, or similar).

o Data engineering (SQL, Spark, cloud data platforms).

o Analytics / data science (statistics, ML frameworks, visualization).

• Demonstrated ability to learn new platforms and technologies quickly

and apply them in real projects.

• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced,

collaborative teams.

• Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and

non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

• Experience in enterprise data integration, APIs, or distributed

systems.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization,

infrastructure-as-code).

• Exposure to AI/ML concepts and practical application.

• Previous work in high-compliance industries (healthcare, financial

services, government) a plus.
