Line Cook

OVERVIEW

We recently opened a Clean Eatz cafe in Eastgate We're looking for part-time or full-time Line/Prep Cooks to join our team. If interested, there is opportunity to advance/lead with proven success.

Experience is preferred. Pace is steady, but not slammed, however ticket times are critical. Ability to own your domain is imperative.

We are different... No grease, oils, or butter and no late nights You're mostly building bowls on a flattop, making wraps at a megatop, and baking our sweet potato fries in the oven.

Role: Line Cook/Prep Cook

Job Types: part-time and full-time positions available (Weekday evenings until 8pm, Saturday & Sunday availability until 3pm)

Pay: From $15.00+ per hour

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preparing a cold and hot line in the morning
• Learning Franchise recipes and menu items
• Working the line during lunch and dinner rush
• Restocking and prepping items in preparation for orders coming in
• Helping prepare caterings, large orders and meal plans in between peak hours
• Side work that includes dishes, grill & line cleaning, sweeping, moping, cleaning appliances, and racks
• Unloading the food deliveries and skilled in ordering food and supplies

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to handle fast paced situations during high volume hours
• Team player
• Willingness to listen and learn the "CLEAN EATZ WAY"
• Leadership skills and desire to grow with our expanding company

Desirable, but NOT required:

• Food handling experience
• Serve Safe Certified preferred
