Silverspot Cinema is seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Manager with a background in full service dining or upper casual dining restaurant management. In this leadership role, you will set the standard for exceptional guest service, guide and inspire your team, and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable Silverspot experience. 

  What You'll Do:

 
• Carry out daily operational tasks to keep the cinema running smoothly
 
• Supervise, motivate, coach, and train staff to deliver superior guest service, quality food & beverages, and achieve sales targets
 
• Ensure the theater is clean, organized, and fully prepared to deliver the Silverspot experience every shift
 
• Manage inventory of supplies, food, beverages, and chemicals—controlling costs and minimizing loss while meeting guest demand
 
• Observe and uphold all Silverspot policies along with local, state, and federal regulations for food safety, health, and workplace safety

What We're Looking For:
 
• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (upper casual dining preferred)
 
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a guest-first mindset
 
• ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
 
• Ability to work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A love for movies is a plus
