Job Overview: As a Project Supervisor at PTE United, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and supervising the progress of construction projects involving the supply of engineered shop drawings, post tensioning, shear rails, and other construction materials. Your primary responsibilities will include managing change orders, coordinating drawings, and ensuring seamless communication between various stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction. You will be an essential link between the sales and service teams, providing crucial support in the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Supervision: Oversee and monitor the progress of construction projects to ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and project goals.

  2. Change Order Management: Process and manage change orders efficiently, ensuring timely communication with clients and internal teams to mitigate any project disruptions.

  3. Coordination of Drawings: Facilitate the coordination and delivery of engineered shop drawings, post tensioning layouts, and shear rail designs as per project requirements.

  4. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a central point of contact between clients, sales teams, engineers, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing project-related queries.

  5. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that all construction drawings and materials meet the required specifications and standards.

  6. Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and challenges in the project and proactively develop strategies to mitigate them.

  7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project records, prepare progress reports, and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and up-to-date.

  8. Client Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field a plus.
  • Proven experience in project coordination and construction materials supply.
  • Knowledge of shop drawings, post-tensioning, shear rails, and other construction materials is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
