Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food and beverage service environments such as fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. As a Bartender, you will craft beverages, serve customers efficiently, and ensure an enjoyable experience for all patrons. Knowledge of Toast POS systems is preferred, along with strong time management and sales abilities. This role offers an opportunity to work in a lively atmosphere where hospitality and beverage expertise are valued.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately according to customer preferences
  • Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience
  • Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
  • Manage multiple drink orders efficiently during busy hours using effective time management skills
  • Upsell beverages and promote specials to increase sales opportunities
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and adhering to legal drinking age regulations
  • Assist with food service when required
  • Follow all food safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and alcohol service

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service, restaurant, nightclub, or banquet environments is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with Toast POS
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
  • Basic math skills including retail math for cash handling and billing accuracy
  • Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods
  • Experience in brewing or hospitality industries is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and a personable demeanor
  • Must be at least 21 years old (or age applicable by local regulations)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $850.00 per week

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
