Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that every dining experience is memorable. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Toast POS system.
• Provide detailed menu information and assist guests with selections to enhance their dining experience.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks while maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation.
• Process payments accurately using the cash register and handle cash transactions responsibly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Assist in training new staff members on customer service protocols and restaurant procedures.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is required.
• Familiarity with guest services principles and culinary knowledge is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
• Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role.
