• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure the highest standards of resident care.
• Provide direct services to residents with professionalism and compassion.
• Lead, mentor, and discipline staff when necessary to maintain excellence.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Promote teamwork and problem-solving in a positive, resident-centered environment.

• Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Head Nurse or Charge Nurse, preferably in geriatric care.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• A caring, respectful approach to working with residents and staff.
