Schedule: Monday – Friday 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

What You'll DoAs a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the facility operates smoothly and safely by:
- Performing general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, carpentry, painting (experience with different types of painting required), and mechanical equipment.
- Responding promptly to emergency calls and acting as backup when needed.
- Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Following preventive maintenance schedules and completing required reports.
- Inspecting and maintaining emergency power equipment, fire alarm systems, lighting, and plumbing systems.
- Repairing or refinishing furniture and fixtures as needed.
- Painting
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in maintenance or facility operations required; knowledge of building trades preferred.
- Skills: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and ensure safety standards are met.
- Valid state driver's license.
- CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification (training provided upon hire).
