Maintenance Technician – Full-Time

Location: Bowling Green Brandywine, Brandywine River Valley, PA
Schedule: Monday – Friday 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the facility operates smoothly and safely by:

• Performing general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, carpentry, painting (experience with different types of painting required), and mechanical equipment.
• Responding promptly to emergency calls and acting as backup when needed.
• Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Following preventive maintenance schedules and completing required reports.
• Inspecting and maintaining emergency power equipment, fire alarm systems, lighting, and plumbing systems.
• Repairing or refinishing furniture and fixtures as needed.
• Painting

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in maintenance or facility operations required; knowledge of building trades preferred.
• Skills: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and ensure safety standards are met.

• Valid state driver's license.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification (training provided upon hire).
