Position: Customer Service & Sales Representative
Pay: $19/hour base + quarterly performance bonuses
Positions Available: Full-Time | Part-Time

Teams hiring:

• Service Line: Assist clients directly with questions and guidance
• Booking Line: Coordinate appointments efficiently and accurately

• Connect: Respond to client inquiries via phone with warmth and professionalism
• Build Trust: Turn first-time clients into loyal Passport Health advocates
• Coordinate: Schedule appointments quickly and accurately
• Support: Assist leadership with ongoing projects and administrative tasks
• Adapt: Handle multiple requests in a fast-paced environment

• Customer service, sales, or call center experience
• Sales-driven mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding goals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and tech-savvy (comfortable using Google Suite)
• Calm under pressure, reliable, and punctual
• Eager to contribute every day

• $19/hour base pay + quarterly performance bonuses
• $50 monthly café credit

• Flexible schedule options: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM or 10:30 AM–7:00 PM; one Saturday rotation every 4–6 weeks
