Impact Sales & Services, LLC is an independent manufacturers' sales agency representing leading product lines across Commercial & Residential Lighting, Janitorial & Facility Maintenance, Grounds Maintenance/ Tools, and additional Industrial/MRO Supplies.

Position Overview

We're seeking a Customer Service & E-Commerce Specialist to support both our customer service operations and digital product data management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining excellent communication and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service inquiries related to our supplier accounts.
  • Answer phone calls professionally and promptly.
  • Process and manage purchase orders, including manual order entry when required.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to confirm pricing, lead times, and ensure order accuracy.
  • Provide timely updates on order status/delays, product availability, lead times, and pricing requests.
  • Collaborate with supplier teams to resolve order issues, returns, claims, or logistics concerns quickly and professionally

E-Commerce & Product Onboarding

  • Support with product onboarding across distributor and supplier portals to ensure accurate and complete product listings.
  • Use Excel and online distributor platforms to onboard products and data sets.
  • Upload and maintain product data, including attributes, descriptions, images, technical documents, and videos.
  • Ensure product content aligns with brand and distributor requirements for accuracy and compliance.
  • Support internal and external teams with data validation

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in customer service, and/or eCommerce data management

Technical skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, formulas, formatting, and uploads).
  • Experience with online distributor portals or eCommerce platforms preferred.
  • Ability to manage and organize large product datasets with attention to detail.

  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Strong organization and follow-through.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
