Are you ambitious and a goal setter? Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa of Fort Mill is looking for energetic and passionate individuals to join our team as Membership Sales Associates. This is a sales role, and it ideal for those who are confident in their ability to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Meet membership sales goals: Sell monthly memberships to help the spa thrive.
• Manage front desk: Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Recommend and sell spa services: Maintain detailed knowledge of the service menu and communicate its value to clients. Don't worry—we'll train you on our services
• Provide excellent customer service: Deliver a friendly and welcoming environment for guests and members.
• Bring a positive attitude: Contribute to a positive and energetic work environment.
• Maintain cleanliness standards: Ensure the spa is pristine and welcoming.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working in a sales, retail, or fitness environment (preferred)
• Experience in a customer-facing role (preferred)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
