About the Company

Responsibilities

Site Acquisition

  • Identify and assess site candidates for Anthemnet and customer approval.
  • Work with Anthemnet's legal counsel to structure contract language and terms.
  • Secure all required agreements.

Legal & regulatory and entitlements

  • Lead project visits with key representatives (e.g., leasing, A&E, construction, RF engineering, etc.) of all stakeholders.
  • Map and oversee the generation and compilation of all legal & regulatory deliverables required to perfect assets (e.g., title, environmental, RF emissions, etc.).
  • Review project design and provide recommendations to architects, engineers and utilities coordinators.
  • Coordinate and review all drawings, maps, and other documentation to be used for acquiring use permits.
  • Prepare use permit applications and submit to proper authorities.
  • Monitor application process and develop strategies to obtain community support.
  • Represent Anthemnet at community meetings and public agency hearings.
  • Provide strategic recommendations in order to expedite construction completion timelines.
  • Prepare, submit, and expedite applications for building permits.

General Workflow Generation and Processing

  • Prepare reports, presentations, memos, assessments, and models to ensure continuity of projects and perfection of assets.
  • Commission new work, oversee scheduling and progress on all development paths, analyze deliverables and harness findings to develop and communicate insights to Anthemnet team, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Spearhead continual collaborations to optimize project and program trajectories and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Achiever in school, at previous work positions and in chosen outside pursuits.
  • Several years of relevant experience; ideally as a manager in a variety of real estate development disciplines (e.g., research, site acquisition, entitlements, construction, etc.). Pre-grad school.
  • Intelligent; creative problem solver.
  • Team player highly motivated to get hands dirty and work hard to build the foundation for exceptional career growth. Welcoming the opportunity to master the successful management of individual projects as a possible stepping stone to more senior level management of Anthemnet programs and operations.
  • Ability to thrive in high stress environment with abundant information inflows and deadlines, and uncertain outcomes.
  • Humble, ethical, exceptional communicator, hunger to learn, high energy.
  • Willing to spend substantial percentage of time in field when in market and to travel across markets.

Required Skills
