CNC Operator

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machinery and possess a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality production standards. This role is essential in maintaining efficient operations within our manufacturing facility, contributing to the overall success of our production goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CNC milling machines and other machining equipment to produce precision parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining operations and sequences.
• Conduct quality control inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure parts meet required tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including troubleshooting issues related to programmable logic controllers and tooling.
• Collaborate with team members on the assembly line for efficient materials handling and packaging of finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols within the manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator in a manufacturing setting, with familiarity in operating CNC mills.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and fabrication techniques.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations or materials handling is preferred but not mandatory.
