We specialize in tile installation, custom showers, flooring, kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, and residential finish work.

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager/Estimator with strong experience in residential remodeling and flooring. This position plays a key role in estimating jobs, working directly with homeowners, managing project schedules, and ensuring high-quality results on every project. The right candidate is organized, dependable, and confident managing multiple projects at once.

Key ResponsibilitiesEstimating & Customer Interaction

• Meet customers at their home to assess scope and gather details
• Prepare accurate estimates for tile, flooring, kitchen/bath remodels, cabinets, and countertops
• Present bids clearly and professionally
• Sell the project and guide clients through materials, expectations, and the job timeline
• Maintain communication with clients before, during, and after project completion

Project Management

• Manage assigned projects from start to finish
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, schedules, and material deliveries
• Maintain daily communication with installers and clients
• Ensure work meets company standards and stays on schedule
• Identify and resolve issues promptly to keep projects moving
• Maintain detailed project documentation, notes, and updates

Required Experience & SkillsConstruction & Technical Skills

• Minimum 3 years experience as a project manager, estimator, or similar role in residential construction
• Strong working knowledge of:
• Tile floors and showers
• LVP and hardwood flooring
• Kitchen and bathroom remodels
• Cabinets, countertops, and general carpentry
• Ability to read plans, measure accurately, and understand jobsite requirements

Professional Skills

• Very organized and able to manage multiple projects
• Strong communication skills in English (bilingual a major plus)
• Professional appearance and customer-facing confidence
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65, $75,000.00 per year
