Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Richboro, PA for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate logistics, manage team performance, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include optimizing transportation routes, monitoring fleet performance, managing budgets, and addressing any operational challenges to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. Additionally, the Operations Manager will work closely with teams to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency while maintaining superior service quality.
