Responsibilities

• Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools and materials efficiently and safely
• Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for everyone on site
• Operate basic construction equipment under supervision, including forklifts or power tools when trained
• Help with site cleanup and ensuring all work areas are tidy and hazard-free at the end of each shift
• Participate in safety meetings and report any hazards or incidents immediately to supervisors
