Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and skilled Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food and beverage service, exceptional customer service skills, and proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. This role involves preparing and serving beverages in a fast-paced environment, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, banquet settings, or catering is highly desirable. The Bartender will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, whether in a restaurant, nightclub, or event setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using our POS system
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, ensuring a memorable experience
• Manage multiple drink orders while maintaining quality standards and adhering to food safety regulations
• Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems and process payments efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
• Restock bar supplies as needed and monitor inventory levels
• Ensure compliance with all food handling and safety protocols
• Assist with setup and breakdown for events such as banquets or catering functions
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in restaurant, nightclub, or banquet settings; fine dining or food industry experience is preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and managing tabs accurately
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
• Ability to work nights, weekends, or holidays as required by the venue's schedule
• Previous experience with serving alcohol in compliance with local regulations is preferred
• A personable attitude with the ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or hospitality venues

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour
