Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Mechanical Engineer role based in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed. Responsibilities include designing and developing mechanical systems and components, creating and modifying detailed computer-aided designs (CAD), managing and implementing engineering projects, and conducting research and development (R&D) to innovate and improve products. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the position requires applying technical expertise to deliver efficient, high-quality solutions that align with project goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering principles and expertise in Machine Design
• Skilled in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for developing and modifying detailed designs
• Experience in Project Management with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Background in Research and Development (R&D) with a focus on innovation and advanced technology application
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements is an advantage
