Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Dayshift hours.

Full Time/Year Round work.
Our on call is 1 week every 3 weeks.

• PAY: $32.00 an hour
• Yearly reviews for raises up to 5%
• Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $4,000/Year
• On-Call Bonus, $100 a week. 1.5 hour minimum per call

What we are hoping for:

• 3+ years' experience in maintenance, including 3+ years in multi-family housing
• HVAC or EPA Certification required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• CPO Certification strongly preferred
• This is a hands on supervisor position involving multitasking
