Overview
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Sales & Tech Assistant to join our growing team. If you're passionate about mobile phones, enjoy helping people, and have a strong interest in learning new things—especially phone repair—this is the perfect opportunity for you
As a key member of our team, you'll assist customers with phone and accessory purchases, explain product features, and support day-to-day store operations. You'll also get hands-on experience and training in mobile phone repairs.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in choosing phones, accessories, or services
- Showcase product features and benefits through friendly demonstrations
- Stay up to date with the latest smartphones, accessories, and tech trends
- Handle customer inquiries professionally in-person and over the phone
- Process sales transactions accurately and manage basic cash handling
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
- Assist with inventory tasks including restocking and product counts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Learn basic phone repair techniques with on-the-job training
- Build lasting relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Strong interest in smartphones, gadgets, and new technology
- Willingness to learn and grow, especially in phone repair
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and organizational skills
- Dependable, friendly, and customer-focused
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
