About the Role

We are seeking a creative, driven, and highly organized Event & PR Coordinator who enjoys blending event execution, PR gifting, and brand coordination. This role suits someone who thrives in a purpose-driven environment and wants to contribute to events that are meaningful, soulful, and memorable.

This position will evolve as our offerings expand, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with the brand.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support a variety of events, including:

• Spiritual gatherings
• Social and community events
• Life celebrations
• Ethereal-branded activations
• Manage logistics: timelines, vendors, supplies, set-up, and on-site assistance
• Curate PR packages and assist with sourcing packaging, materials, and custom elements
• Support influencer and media gifting programs
• Communicate with clients, partners, and collaborators in a professional and warm manner
• Maintain visual and tonal brand consistency across events and PR touchpoints
• Provide creative support for small projects and campaigns
• Assist with content capture or behind-the-scenes documentation when needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years experience in event coordination, PR, marketing, hospitality, or creative operations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
• Experience sourcing vendors, packaging, or supplies is an asset
• Strong aesthetic awareness and understanding of brand tone
• Comfortable working some evenings/weekends for events
