Who We're Looking For:
A full-time Inside Sales Representative who is detail-oriented, a team player, and someone with the integrity and work ethic to make a lasting impact on our team.

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

What You'll Bring:

• A post-secondary degree or diploma
• 2+ years of inside sales experience (safety industry knowledge is a plus)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven customer service experience by phone
• A knack for organization, multitasking, and independent work
• A results-driven approach, with enthusiasm and initiative to build lasting customer relationships

What You'll Do:

• Handle full-cycle customer service: process orders, manage inquiries, and create quotations
• Service customers directly through phone and email, with follow-ups as required
• Develop and strengthen relationships with customers across diverse industries
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service
• Other responsibilities as needed

Pay: $42,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
