Overview
We are seeking a skilled and personable Mixologist to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting innovative cocktails, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and hospitality skills in a dynamic environment. Prior experience in food and beverage service is preferred, along with familiarity with POS systems and food safety standards. The Mixologist will play a key role in enhancing the guest experience through expert drink preparation and attentive service.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an enjoyable experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
  • Manage multiple orders efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
  • Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with serving food items when required, supporting overall restaurant service
  • Follow all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties

Skills

  • Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially as a bartender or mixologist
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling procedures
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and order processing
  • Ability to serve alcohol responsibly following legal requirements and company policies
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact with guests confidently
  • Knowledge of the food industry trends and beverage presentation techniques is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.10-$30.68 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
