Shift Supervisor

Looking for fun, high energy Supervisor who wants to lead an awesome team with The Baked Bear at Sawgrass Mills Mall

• Lead training of all new employees, according to company policies
• Bake cookies according to store procedures
• Assist Bakery Manager with mixing cookies, according to company's recipes
• Supervise Team Members and be a true leader for the Team Members
• Facilitate during rushes to make sure everything is running smoothly
• Effectively resolves customers issues
• Assist with coordinating catering orders
• Hosts special events and catering events
• Open and close the store in accordance with store operations guidelines
• Operates the POS system and cash register properly with each transaction
• Responsible for keeping the counters and surrounding areas clean using proper cleaning procedures
• Adheres to all company policies in a professional and timely manner
• Ensures store is compliant with health regulations and standards at all times and follows safety procedures.
• Organizes and coordinates fulfillment of online and delivery orders
• Greets customers in a courteous manner as they enter the store
• Takes orders and prepares menu items promptly and in accordance with customer requests.
• Maintain a valid ServSafe Certification
• Other duties, as assigned

• Ability to stand for extended period of time

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $38, $45,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
