Quality Control Inspector

Job Summary:

HELUKABEL USA, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Quality Control Specialist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet internal and external quality standards before they reach customers. The ideal candidate will have experience with inspection processes, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities:

Perform in-process and final inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products.

Use measurement tools and testing equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMMs) to verify product conformance to specifications.

Identify, document, and report non-conformances, and assist in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records, test data, and inspection reports.

Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Monitor and enforce compliance with company quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Assist in the development and revision of quality procedures, work instructions, and inspection plans.

Participate in internal audits and support external audits (e.g., ISO, customer, regulatory).

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
