About
We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Durham, North Carolina. This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our distribution center, involving a variety of tasks critical to our Logistics process. You will be responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing goods for dispatch. The ideal candidate is diligent, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized workplace. Your contribution ensures that our products reach our customers efficiently and accurately. We prioritize employee well-being by providing essential PPE and thorough training on safe Lifting practices. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory.
- Stock and organize products in designated warehouse areas.
- Accurately pick items according to customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for transit and ensure proper labeling.
- Load and unload trucks as required.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment safely.
- Ensure consistent use of all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is advantageous.
- Physical ability to handle frequent Lifting, standing, and moving throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Understanding and adherence to warehouse Safety regulations.
