Join our dedicated team as a Warehouse Associate in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is essential for the efficient operation of our storage and distribution center. You will be involved in a range of activities, including receiving and inspecting goods, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and committed to maintaining a high level of Safety and organization within the warehouse. Your efforts are crucial to our Logistics operations and overall success. We provide a supportive work environment, all necessary PPE, and comprehensive training on safe Lifting and handling techniques. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming merchandise.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse areas.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all Logistics operational standards.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring significant Lifting and physical exertion.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety protocols.
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed.
