Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and ensure proper organization of goods.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and materials.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily operational goals.
- Must be capable of performing frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, walking, and lifting.
- Understanding of warehouse safety standards.
- Team player with good communication skills.
