About
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our busy facility in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is fundamental to our daily logistics and fulfillment operations. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking products, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. A dedication to Safety and a meticulous approach to tasks are essential. The successful candidate will be physically fit, capable of performing frequent Lifting, and possess a strong understanding of warehouse procedures. You will work collaboratively with a team to ensure that our logistics network operates efficiently and that customer orders are processed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders with precision according to customer specifications.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all PPE guidelines.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Support the overall efficiency of our logistics operations through diligent work.
- Perform manual Lifting tasks, often weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily goals.
- Contribute to a positive and productive warehouse culture.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including consistent Lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adhering to all established protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
