Job Description:
We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to help grow our customer base through in-person cold calling. This is a heavily commission-based role best suited for someone with prior sales or customer-facing experience who is comfortable working independently in the field and motivated by performance-based earnings.
You will spend most of your day visiting businesses, introducing our products, and building relationships that lead to new accounts and repeat business. We sell high-end restaurant packaging, with a primary focus on hotels, restaurants, and event venues.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-person cold calls to local businesses in the Houston area
• Present and explain products and services clearly
• Build relationships with decision-makers on site
• Generate new accounts and ongoing sales
• Track activity, leads, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with management on territory planning
Qualifications
• Some college experience preferred
• Some sales or customer-facing experience preferred
• Comfortable with face-to-face cold outreach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Reliable transportation
• Organized, coachable, and consistent
