We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented IT Operations Manager to oversee the daily functioning of our IT department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining office systems, and supporting the organisation's technology infrastructure. *Responsibilities*
* Manage daily administrative operations related to IT functions, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication across departments.
* Maintain accurate data entry records and update information using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
* Support the organisation’s IT infrastructure by assisting with basic troubleshooting and equipment organisation.
* Handle phone enquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
* Organise schedules, meetings, and documentation related to IT projects and operational activities.
* Assist in inventory management of hardware and software assets, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
* Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and preparing reports as required.
* Support the IT team with administrative tasks such as preparing presentations or reports using Microsoft Office applications.
*Experience*
* Proven office experience with a strong background in administrative support.
* Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and QuickBooks.
* Experience with data entry, record keeping, and basic troubleshooting of IT equipment is desirable.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data management.
* Previous clerical experience demonstrating professionalism and efficiency in an office setting.
