Key Duties
Handle inbound calls and emails professionally.
Take accurate orders and quotes.
Provide technical advice and product information.
Make outbound calls to follow up on quotes and enquiries.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
Process card payments securely over the phone.
Person Specification
Friendly, approachable and professional.
Motivated, results-driven and proactive.
Works well independently and in a team.
Polite, patient and customer-focused.
Strong communication and attention to detail.
Confident using computer systems, email and CRM platforms.
Able to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
Requirements
Previous sales or customer services experience preferred but not essential.
Reliable, hardworking and motivated.
GCSE'S or equivalent in English and Maths.
Confident telephone manner.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with both customers and colleagues.
