Salary:
£25,652.88 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Key Responsibilities
Serve customers on the trade counter by identifying their requirements and providing product recommendations.
Handle customer enquiries via phone and email efficiently, courteously and with a can‑do attitude.
Perform general warehouse duties including picking & packaging customer orders, unpacking and putting away deliveries and ensuring high standards are maintained in the branch.
Working Hours This is a full‑time, permanent role working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday between 07:30 am – 17:00. You will work 1 in 2 Saturdays, 08:00 am‑12:00 (paid as overtime).
Requirements
Previous experience in sales or customer service is essential.
Excellent communication skills and confidence to engage with customers.
Driving license is preferred.
