District Sales Manager – Western Ontario

Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives in the field and loves seeing the direct impact of your work? Our client, a fast-growing Canadian distributor of premium pool equipment and innovative technology, is looking for a District Sales Manager to expand their presence across Western Ontario. This is an exciting opportunity to represent high-quality products, build long-term partnerships, and play a key role in a growing national brand.

What You'll Do
  • Drive sales growth within your assigned territory
  • Build and strengthen relationships with retailers, distributors, and installers
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships
  • Confidently present and promote a portfolio of premium pool products
  • Provide first-level technical support and product guidance to customers
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and training sessions
    • What We're Looking For
  • Proven success in B2B sales (experience with technical or industrial products is an asset)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly motivated, organized, and results-oriented
  • Comfortable with frequent travel throughout Western Ontario
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, Outlook, and Excel
